Every request is checked individually. Availability depends on the product, destination-country requirements, documentation and the courier's acceptance.

Personal-use medicine courier coordination

If you have a valid prescription, we can help coordinate sourcing an eligible medicine from a licensed pharmacy or supplier in India and arrange courier delivery where permitted.

  • Customer purchases from the licensed pharmacy or supplier; they remain the seller.
  • We coordinate sourcing and courier arrangements as an additional service.
  • Prescription, import permissions and courier acceptance may be required.

India product sourcing for businesses

We help businesses identify sourcing options for eligible goods from across India and coordinate courier delivery to the requested destination.

  • Product and supplier checks before an order is arranged.
  • Shipping estimates and required document coordination.
  • Subject to export, import, customs and courier rules.
Important: CM NRI Service is a courier and logistics provider. We do not hold a medicine-sales licence and do not sell, dispense or prescribe medicines. Any medicine purchase is made by the customer from an appropriately licensed pharmacy or supplier. We coordinate logistics only, where legally permitted.

Online doctor consultation informationWhere available, we can share information about independent licensed doctors offering online consultation. The doctor provides medical advice and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. CM NRI Service does not provide consultations or prescriptions.

Country-specific checksRequirements vary by destination. Required permits, approvals and documents must be in place, and the shipment must be accepted by the courier before dispatch.

Ice-pack packing, where suitableIce-pack packing may be requested for suitable products and routes, subject to courier acceptance. It does not by itself guarantee an uninterrupted temperature-controlled cold chain.
